Diversity Day is a national awareness day that encourages organisations to highlight concrete initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion. In Schifflange, home to 104 nationalities, this diversity is an essential part of our community life.

This day reminds us every year of the importance of recognising, respecting and celebrating the diversity that shapes our society. It helps make our municipality an open, vibrant and deeply human place.

The Municipality is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone has fair access, opportunities and a valued place. Together, we are building a community where every person feels welcome and appreciated.
