Nuit du Sport in Schifflange – A Great Success
On June 6th, 2026, the Nuit du Sport took place in Schifflange. Despite the less‑than‑ideal weather, the event was a great success, with many people joining in to try new sports in a joyful and motivating atmosphere. The wide variety of activities ensured that there was something for everyone.
This year, participants could also take part in an All Style Hip-Hop Battle, organised in collaboration with the non-profit Art in Motion. Over five rounds, dancers competed against each other and impressed both the audience and the international jury.
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the event: our local clubs, the municipal Workshop and staff, the SIT, the Drëtt Halbzeit buvette, and the Youth and Sports Commissions.
Once again, the Nuit du Sport showed that sport is not just an activity, but a lifestyle that brings joy, brings people together, and opens new horizons. We are already looking forward to the next edition.
